"They continue to spam mail me even though I have never had State Farm (and with this repeated unwanted and unrequested spam mail, I never will) and have refused mail delivery of their spam letters, I have no idea how they even got my address. This is one of several agents to do so since moving to the area and I have never had this issue before. I will continue to leave poor reviews when their agents send me junk mail after repeatedly refusing letters."

My office has not received any such request in the past 6 months or any of your refused mail. You may contact me directly and I'll be glad to assist with this matter immediately. "Hey there, been with StateFarm for about a year or so now. I hate to admit that there policies are wayyyyy expensive, the most I’ve ever paid in my life. This is my first time ever having StateFarm as an insurance carrier. What keeps me being a customer is really that I can afford it obviously, but if it wasn’t for the Rep. Janell, I would’ve been gone. Her warm, friendly, courteous service is top notch. When I have issues and call in with a stinky attitude, to my favor I get janell. Lol. She is soooooo….. sweet, I can’t imagine dropping the “F” bomb on her, she’s just too kind. I tell her all the time, “ janell you’re just worth more money “. She’s extremely knowledgeable about insurance policies, and gives you great option, options that you just can’t refuse. Ann, is cool too. I don’t interact with her as much as Janell though. Thanks Janell for being so kind. Your worth more money girl."
